Good Eggs is an online platform for buying local, organic groceries in California. To raise awareness and build customer loyalty, I worked with the product team and a designer to launch a series of emails and a blog about what sets Good Eggs’ offerings apart.
I researched the company’s products and operations to identify its value propositions, and built those and built those into a series of informative and inspirational emails that new customers received over time. Messaging explained how Good Eggs’ had personal relationships with all of its producers, its food standards were exceptionally high, and all of its workers, including drivers and kitchen staff, were employees with living wages and benefits.
